1. Governing Law

Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
2. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. A finding against one part of these terms does not affect the validity of the rest.

After3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Sightline Windows & Doors Parkland asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a booked appointment. This allows the company to make the time slot available to other customers and to adjust the schedule for service professionals.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. If a fee applies, the customer will be informed of the amount at or before the time of booking. Repeated late cancellations may affect a customer’s ability to schedule future appointments.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Sightline Windows & Doors Parkland for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Sightline Windows & Doors Parkland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or property damage beyond the direct scope of the service performed, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or the company was advised of their possibility.

Sightline Windows & Doors Parkland provides professional home services in Parkland, FL and nearby surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, and the scope of any job may be adjusted based on the on-site assessment of the professional performing the work.
Customers should be aware that some jobs booked through impactwindowsanddoorsparkland.com may be carried out by independent service professionals or licensed partner contractors who are coordinated through this platform. Sightline Windows & Doors Parkland works to ensure these professionals meet quality and licensing standards, but engagement through this site does not make them direct employees of the company.
